yes ur hair is pulling orange you need a blue toner this will neutralize the orange

Orange

Bright yellow

medium Yellow

Light yellow

Pale Yellow

White

Leave it on longer it will change lighter

naa,, at least i dont think so...... if that is , you picked a bleach based color.....if it does try anti blond serum that you can pick up from pretty much any hair store
