My husband has the same thing, he has blonde hair on top of his head %26amp; he has a red/blondish mustache. same with the goatee area. He's almost full blooded irish, so that's where he gets it from. The irish have a lot of red heads.

i dont know but hey in edmonton our hockey team in the playoffs the playuers grew beards and the color was different than their head hair color...............

Facial hair is governed by different genes than your head hair. It is not unusual for people with brown hair to have black beards and people with blonde hair to have brown beards.
It's very likely that you have brown hair with red highlights on your head.
