Red is very hard to remove. You will have to bleach it back.

You'll have to go back to the hair salon and have it bleached then toned to prevent the dreadful orange common with red heads. It's difficult, but it isn't impossible.

You might just have to get it dyed back to your natural colour and then just let it grow out.
