No! not at all. bleached hair can go wrong! if it is yellow or orange you should go to the salon and get a toner put through, if it's to light you may need to get some nartual looking blonde foils through, to give it the look

Actually it's the style to have darker hair underneath. And I don't think it's punkish. If you like it, that's all that counts. Seriously !
